Unios is a managed service — setup, content migration, training, hosting, and ongoing support included. We agree pricing with each union based on size and what you need. No per-seat fees, no lock-in.

The only variable cost

Ticket sales carry a 5% platform fee, added on top of the ticket price. Your union receives the full face value of every ticket.

Free events have no fee. No per-seat charges, no overage limits, no API throttles, no upsells.

30-day pilot

Every engagement starts with a 30-day pilot. We set up your site, you and your board kick the tyres, no credit card needed. If it isn't a fit, you walk away owing nothing.

Common questions

Do I need a Stripe account?

Only if you want to sell tickets. We help you through Stripe Connect onboarding — it takes about 10 minutes once your union's CVR and bank account are at hand.

Can we change modules mid-year?

Yes. Tell us, we flip the toggle, and we adjust billing at the start of the next period. No mid-year invoices for changes.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Full GDPR Article 20 data export within 30 days of termination. Your data is permanently deleted 30 days after export.

Do you charge for setup and migration?

Setup, content migration from your existing tools, and board training are included in the annual fee. No surprise consulting invoices.

Is there a discount for smaller unions?
