What's in the box
- Stripe Connect onboarding
- We sit with the treasurer for the 10-minute Stripe Connect setup — CVR, bank account, KYC — and verify the first payout lands cleanly.
- Per-event ticket types
- Early bird, member price, guest price, alumni rate — define as many ticket types as the event needs. We help structure pricing for your first events.
- QR ticket confirmation
- Every ticket gets a unique QR code. Attendees show it at the door; the board scans it from a phone. Works offline.
- Refund management
- Issue full or partial refunds from the admin panel. Stripe handles the money movement; we make sure it logs in the audit trail.
- Ticket resale
- Members can list a ticket for resale to other members. Buyer pays, original holder gets refunded — no Facebook DM scramble at 6pm.
About the 5% fee
The platform fee covers Stripe's processing costs and the ongoing service we provide — hosting, support, refunds, security. It's added on top of the ticket price; your union receives the full face value.
Free events have no fee.
