Payouts land in your union's bank account on Stripe's normal schedule. No invoicing from us, no holding period.

What's in the box

Stripe Connect onboarding
We sit with the treasurer for the 10-minute Stripe Connect setup — CVR, bank account, KYC — and verify the first payout lands cleanly.
Per-event ticket types
Early bird, member price, guest price, alumni rate — define as many ticket types as the event needs. We help structure pricing for your first events.
QR ticket confirmation
Every ticket gets a unique QR code. Attendees show it at the door; the board scans it from a phone. Works offline.
Refund management
Issue full or partial refunds from the admin panel. Stripe handles the money movement; we make sure it logs in the audit trail.
Ticket resale
Members can list a ticket for resale to other members. Buyer pays, original holder gets refunded — no Facebook DM scramble at 6pm.

About the 5% fee

The platform fee covers Stripe's processing costs and the ongoing service we provide — hosting, support, refunds, security. It's added on top of the ticket price; your union receives the full face value.

Free events have no fee.
